Well, it could be post hypnosis and she’s in a trance. It happened to Mowgli after being hypnotized by kaa. The snake doesn’t have to constantly be using its spirals to have its prey in a trance. Tbh, this is quite a breath of fresh air for understanding of how kaa’s Spiral eye hypnosis works. 10/10
