I don't see the star. also, look at the shoulders. those are Alakazam. Kadabra's shoulders point out more

- Unfortunately and strangely enough it's Psybeam. We all know how consistent the attacks in the anime are between its episodes and between the anime and the games.
My personal warm thanks for the poster for NOT including the scene with Pikachu receiving those beams(?) (I would consider them waves, but d'oh anime consistency) because swirls in anime doesn't mean hypnosis like in cartoons and western art. It's already hard enough to believe Kadabra is using Hypnosis (at that time when breeding and inheritance-by-father was non existent).
