Only soild colour eye manips aren't allowed. The eyes in this have different colour tones so it passes.

Just checked the rules, and yeah. This is totally legit. Also, am I the only one who finds it interesting that the Quality Control Team is called a "Quality Control Council" on this site? They have a Quality Control Office, a Quality Control Breakroom, they even have a Quality Control Pencil Sharpener. (I'm not making fun of them, btw, no offense intended. Just poking fun at the word council. :d)
As a mod I can say it's not as grand as you think back there. I mean we only have one pinball machine.
And to stay on topic of the pic itself I like it, always been fond of Black Cat, though not familiar with Silk but I do like her design.

the deal with Silk is that the spider that gave peter his powers also bit a another person who was then trapped in a basement because her parents thought that it would be dangerous for her to have these powers!

I know the basics, just never read the stories so don't know much about her as a character or how well written she is.
