Rediscovered the source for you. It's now in the post information.

Also, there was more than just this image. It was a sequence on the old site from a little over a year ago that never got pooled, so I pooled it, too.

It's literally n-gi so probably something like "NGHEE?!" or "nCHG?!" or "NGIH?!"
Japanese text is worse than most at expressing arbitrary sonic mess out of the human speech system, so you could pretty much go with whatever.
