She's not a demon, she's a goddess (albeit a Death Goddess IIRC). Specifically, Ereshkigal, the sister of Ishtar (both of whom possess Rin from the Fate series when they are summoned as Servants).

She's not Ishtar's sister. Ereshkigal is central american. And while in Babylon they shared the same Rin. This Rin is clearly the Fate/Extra Rin due to them both being blonde.

No, my understanding from reading Ishtar's information from the Fate universe, is that if Ishtar is summoned, Ereshkigal is summoned along with her and shares Rin's body with her, though Ishtar retains control a majority of the time.

Here's an excerpt: "In the tale of Ishtar's descent, Ishtar made a visit to the underworld only to be killed by Ereshkigal's hand. While she was revived afterward, the reason Ishtar went down to the underworld, and the reason Ereshkigal was so enraged, are never spoken of, and in Fate/Grand Order, they are treated as stemming from them being one and the same. Ereshkigal and Ishtar. Two gods of equivalent existence, or perhaps a divinity divided from what was once a single entity."

I haven't watched enough fate series to get into this argument, so I'm just gonna calmly ask if this should have a corruption tag or not.

Nah it's from the Fate Grand Order mobile game, so no amount of watching would help, and not really apparently the servant in question is a death goddess, fairly benevolent, and kind of a ditz.(At least what I got off the tvtropes page for her.)

Well, them being separate summon able servants negates that bit of lore, since\they're also opposed classes (Ishtar being an archer, and Ereshkigal being a Lancer) But that is an interesting excerpt which explains their duality in Babylon.

the ditz bit is mostly stemming from Rin, who's a social recluse and is rather bad at interacting,
