I don't really understand the point of using an established character if you're just going to completely change how they look.

You can like a characters face and not their body proportions. I'd bet a majority of characters that have had porn drawn of them have had their proportions enhanced at least a little bit.

A little bit I can understand, but I dunno. At the point where you're taking one of the slimmest, flattest characters in the series, and turning her into a giant pear, it feels like you could have just as easily made a new character. Then again, I'm sure turning characters into giant pears is a fetish all in itself.
