The original of this pic has japanese text box on the right side... but that doesn't matter.

What does matter though is that the MGE Pharaoh doesn't even need hypnotic eyes just because of one reason: her orders are literally impossible to ignore. Her voice completely dominates willpower of less powerful individuals.

So... I don't really see the reason of the manip, you could've just uploaded the original and add a bit of context.

Animation is well-made though.
