The caster draws a sexual fantasy out of the head of the subject and places their mind in a fantasy world made from their own desires. It both looks and feels real to the subject. How the details that the spell acts out is not of the casters choosing, but of a strongly sexual event that the subject either lived through or imagined. The caster is fully aware of what is happening and has a basic understanding of the subjects fantasy.

While the spell is active, the subject perceives the caster as an incredibly attractive individual of the form and gender they are attracted to. An orc barbarian might see the human wizard as a stunning, female orc or as a sultry, female elf. Again, the details are up to the subject.

Subjects take a -4 to Will saves if they are not aware that a spell has been cast on them, but get a +4 if the details of the fantasy doesn’t act out how they imagined it.
