The sparkle is only really visible in the one eye, you barely notice it in the other; I think you should try and change that.

I always liked to imagine splashwoman had some kind of hypnotic function (i alwaye though of a siren song) serving to calm panicking drowning people, because as someone with lifeguard training let me tell you, panicking people are fucking dangerous in the water.
