After millennia waiting for a mortal to find his relic Sobek took his opportunity to take the mortal as his own. After all he was about to go swim in the Nile, now he'd rule over it as the avatar of Sobek.

At some point, somebody had to say that this looks kind of like a JoJo Stand. So, I'm going to be the guy who says this looks like a JJBA stand. I mean there was the bit in Part 3 where Araki ran out of Tarot card Arcana and started naming things after Egyptian deities. Failing that, marvel before the power of [Crocodile Rock].

I actually did have a sketch some thing inspired by the Jojo Stand Anubis way back in the day...I've got more of this series plotted out though, and I can confirm Bastet is not an electrical outlet
