Saw this concept in a dōjin somewhere, but I've failed to locate it, so here's a trashy little "inspired work." To sum things up: In loose accordance with game elements from FFVII, some homely dude manages to embed a "manipulate materia" in the abdomen of the endowed woman featured above, and everything just kind of takes off from there. Enjoy.

For some reason, this image and your description made me think of <<exhentai.org/g/1024025/8fd48062dc/|this doujin>>. It's not the one you described, but it's the first thing that came to mind.

Eh, idk -- could've been labeled as restricted material at some point on the regular site. Just plug "Materia Farmer by sakula" into a google search, and it'll be there.
