She's not evil. Remember, people make bad choices when they're horny and repressed ;)

Note: This a direct non-edited repost of the original image from Pixiv, which has the pixiv tags of 悪堕ち (akuochi; evil/corrupted), 洗脳 (sen'nou; brainwashing), and 催眠 (saimin; hypnotism). The suggestion here is that Elsa is hypnotized and brainwashed into being evil, but I can easily read it the opposite way: Elsa, having become evil, is using her powers to hypnotize and brainwash the viewer.
