There were actually two! The first had the villain Jazz Hands turning street entertainers into mimes, and of course Sam got hit with the Mimetizer (as did Alex). Then next series, Sam was under cover as Miss Spirit Fingers (pictured above) to get close to Jazz Hands, who was now trying to turn the whole world into mimes. But then he found out she was actually a spy, so he put her into the Mimetizer anyway.

There's also an episode where makeup turns people into clowns, with similar white faces. And yes, I do love this show :P

The tophat and bow tie combo remind me so much of Zatanna. I think that's why I like it so much (even more than the black outfit seen here). Also Sam just looks good in anything.
