I started to watch this anime and...it leaves me with doubts about this scene, this loli girl is "controlled" by her twin sister, it may be "mind control" since this girl does not remember what she did.

That seems like an awfully thin excuse to slap it up here honestly, and the picture itself, with no context has no apparent signs of Hypnosis.
