That's because this was traced from Zarathul's pic, with some modifications. I looked at the two side-by-side and Shanti matches the girl in Zarathul's pic exactly, except for the eyes, hair, and position of her arms. The coil passing under Shanti's breasts and below her waist is an exact match too.

I think I'm going to go ahead and add that tag. It just doesn't feel right to not give him credit for at least part of this.
