I was going to put this up earlier, but I was unsure what to tag Lancer as. Lancer_Extra_CCC or something, since she's not the Lancer of Extra.

Could just label her as Elizabeth Bathory, since that's who she is as a Heroic Spirit. Most fate/ heroic spirit would be better off being labeled as their heroic spirit name, rather than class (or as both, for the ones from f/sn and f/Extra), really, what with FGO and all.

I thought they both have a mind-controlling parasite disguised as a tongue, but when they try to get in the other girl, each parasite run into the other, so in the last pic, they start communicating.

Technically there's another image that comes before this one, but it doesn't give any more context. I don't actually have it on hand at the moment and I don't feel like tracking it down on their pixiv, but if I remember right it's just a two panel image where the first is Eli and Nero with the text "The two have been confused" or something of that nature, and the second is the two of them making out.

Pretty sure that would come before this one anyways, Sekiki has drawn Eli and Nero together a couple of times, and I assume that if it was a continuation of Eli-chan's Pinch we'd be seeing at least a hint of Gudako.
