Itsuka had smashed her way through the UA entrance exams, destroying the robot targets with abandon. Due to her reckless attacks putting other applicants in danger, she was placed in Class 1B rather than 1A. In Class 1B, she has become a de facto tyrant, as the other students live in fear of her ire. Itsuka is an arrogant and conceited girl. Some of her professors have mistaken her presumption that she belongs at the top with ambition. She is vengeful and bitter that she didn't make the top class, and leads 1B's efforts to tear down students of 1A.

She is highly confrontational, and routinely bullies and unsettles her classmates, creating a negative atmosphere throughout 1B. Utterly uncooperative, even when actions would suit her best interests, teachers and other students have taken to using reverse psychology with Itsuka. Neito, the only other member of 1-B with as much animosity to 1-A as Itsuka, is particularly effective at manipulating her toward his own ends. With his prodding, she has insulted, mocked and occasionally even endangered the students of 1-A.

Her vulgar Hero Name was her own idea, claiming that her "fucking fists are for slapping bitches."
Itsuka has a particular grievance with Momo Yaoyoruzu. With Neito in her ear, Itsuka imagines that Momo styles herself "Queen Bitch". Itsuka's jealousy and hate of the 1-A girl grows more bitter by the day. It seems to be seeping into her interactions with other girls, as her crude insults and threats are especially vitriolic towards females, whom she views as potential rivals. Her bullying continues unabated.

Highly sexual, she'll use male members of her class or sneak out past curfew to sate her appetites. It's rumoured that she has a "special relationship" with some male members of staff that allows her to break certain rules without being punished.

All in all, Itsuka would be accurately described by others as a slutty, scumbag bully.
