Someone requested Amy turning Rouge into a tomboy bimbo. Not really sure how to properly convey the idea but I gave it my best. Sorry for the delay, life and so on got in my way.

Unless you can change the outfit on her, yea, the idea that she's been changed into a Tomboy Bimbo doesn't really come across. I thought what had happened was that Amy had made Rouge oblivious to her tits being out.

You'd probably have to show her in some kind of situation or interaction for it to be showcased.
