The source is tagged as hypnosis, but is this ends up flagged as non-hypno enough I'll try to manip at least her eyes.

I just said that because it happened before, I uploaded an image tagged as hypnosis and it was deleted by non hypno, so I had to upload it with empty eyes.

It is not my intention to be aggressive or anything like that, just to clarify that the original is tagged as hypnosis even without empty eyes or stuff like that.

No need for empty eyes, here. Ranma is clearly in her "Nekoen" mode, which is definitely a form of mind control. It forces her to go into a killing frenzy, unless she's confronted by a person she trusts, which transforms her behavior into that of a friendly kitten.

Not everyone watched or want to watch Ranma so they're treating this as normal pic without additional value. And then we see a pic depicting some girls acting like cats, but without any clue that they're under hypnosis / MCed.

Still sad that the flag got removed and the image not because it creates an inconsistency with the rules.

That was never flagged, I only mentioned it because that happened before with other images.
The clue is on the source, even without the context on the Ranma's world the artist tagged this picture as Hypnosis, you can click on the source and check it.
