Working in the red light district of a major city, Cobra acts as a lookout/enforcer/prostitute for a low-tier criminal group loosely connected to the League of Villains. With her quirk enabled, she can scope for police and rival gang presences, enabling safe drug and weapons dealing, as well as prostitution and protection services.

She is vindictive and arrogant, particularly to other women. She imagines herself as being significantly more important than she is, framing herself as an influential member of the League of Villains, despite having never met any of their inner circle. Her boss/pimp uses her to blood new runaways and orphan girls to her wretched lifestyle of criminal intimidation and sex work.

In this world where terrifyingly stupid and dangerous slutty punk girls seem to be everywhere, Cobra is notable for her peculiarly high smarts. Able to follow a simple conversation and relay orders to other women serving as prostitutes and thugs, she is a useful pawn. Whereas most of her ilk range from "moron" to "braindead", Cobra is merely "stupid". However, she is notoriously oversexed, and has no standards. She will often force herself on the shopkeepers and stall runners that are due to pay "insurance" to her boss, before insisting on payment.

She will set her boss' other (invariably more capable) enforcers on a victim for the most minor perceived infraction, from not tipping her after paying for sex, to expressing fondness for heroes or the establishment. She particularly despises models, actresses and famous female figures in general.

Cobra has recently been assigned two new apprentices; runaways from UA. She's been tasked with turning the two into useful pawns like herself, proficient at petty crime and prostitution.

Inspired by King Green's "Punk Piece" pictures, depicting a world where various women have been retroactively and irreversibly transformed into "busty, lusty, rude, crude, and dumb as bricks punk sluts".

In this rewritten reality, Uwabami is a low level villainess, and an unusually intelligent bitch punk. She sports a whopping 1.5/5 INT, making her one of the least stupid victims of the unknown assailant permanently transforming heroines into vicious, idiotic, punk sluts.

I kinda appreciate the writing more then the pictures honestly. I do have to wonder though, will we be getting back to the students soon?
