I'm unsure as to why my name was taken off this. Perhaps there was some confusion with the initial wording of my comment? The lullaby as written is definitely mine, it's just the artwork that appears to be an original character of the artist.

No, Metallica were referencing the classic American lullaby "Hush, Little Baby". The lullaby has existed since at least the early 20th century. The earliest known notation of the song/poem is from 1918, and it likely existed for many years before that.
