Seems pretty self explanatory to me, girl is hypnotized to be unaware that what she is wearing is unacceptable to the general public, and thinks that what she is wearing is okay, even if its not. It just doesnt specifically state or show hypnosis, but it is easily implied

The line "What I'm wearing is none of your concern." makes it sound like she knows what she's wearing and just wants the person she's speaking to to mind their own business. If this weren't on HypnoHub, I'd have no reason to think this was intended to be MC.
