People work hard on these. This manip is normally outside my comfort zone/norm but I rather like it.

I tried to read up on this and my impression is the mods made it sound worse than it was, and rather than being a hard and fast rule it's more of a guideline. Ie if the manip is more than x% text or doesn't have paragraphs it needs to be better-written to make up for it. Anyway I think you'll be fine.

Ah, ok, gotcha. Sounds like it's more of an avoiding hard-to-read-walls-of-text thing then?
Either way, I'll go a little less ham on the writing from here, if it avoids pushing any lines.

Part that. Overall they wanted to be more strict applying quality standards to caption_only posts. In a way it makes sense because non-caption images had pretty clear standards but caption posts did not. (Buuut I'm not sure it's more clear now lol)

I say don't censor yourself and make what you like, and if it somehow gets removed either you can make it better or it was already good and you can find people to commiserate with about it.
