I think one of the girls dad bought a hypnosis kit but he sucked at it so the girl asked her friends if they can pretend to be hypnotized, but one of the girls actually gets hypnotized.

Yeah, that's it. And when she hears her name she goes into a trance and does anything. Like anything. Like she has no free will. Then the bully finds out and they make her wear earphones to protect her and it fails. Bully gets caught by the father etc. etc.
