I don't really see a problem with it... And a lot of the art on this site is legitimately bad

Yikes, Manvers still hasn't gotten off the hormone injections I see, and that chin on the green lady could cut diamonds.

Is this really what passes for quality these days? I was under the impression comic book artist were supposed to be... well, artists and not dyslexic high-school art dropouts.

I take the criticism of this art about as seriously as I do Erica Henderson's. Which is to say not at all, because no matter how hard they try to frame it otherwise the problem is never actually one of quality but of stylistic preference; there may indeed be things genuinely worth critiquing on this page, but at the end of the day those elements aren't really what drive people to lambaste it so harshly.

She isn't strong enough. She's got just about enough power to control Nico (and she's already struggling with that) which she's using to take away her teammates powers. Nico's spells are (in theory) powerful enough to control her teammates, but they're also temporary and non-repeatable/renewable so she isn't much use for long term solutions.

This isn't even CLOSE to the worst art that's been published under a Marvel license this year. Their Star Wars stuff is where Marvel is shovelling it's total nepotism hires right now.
There's some awful awful artwork to be found there.

That's supposed to be She-Hulk! O.O

Oh and I'm sure anyone can find worse art than this out there, but that doesn't mean this should ever have gotten through any kind of editorial process, if it wasn't for the blatent mind control I'd flag for quality alone.
