Yo it's more of me!
This time we have two robots who get each other entranced, Dr. Light and Dr. Lalinde better come fix them quick!

Relevant fun fact: in Mega Man 9, Hornet Man was actually supposed to be the first female robot master of the series and was to be called Honey Woman. But for whatever reason they went with Splash Woman instead.

Yep, and the Archie Megaman Comics introduced Vesper Woman, who's clearly inspired by the unused design
