This isn't actually Silent Magician Lv. 4/8, it's a completely different Silent Magician that works better with the current metas.
This Silent just needs a Spellcaster to tribute for special summoning her, and she gets 500 attack for every card in your hand, plus having the ability to negate spell cards. None of that "wait five draw phases to level up" BS.
Ah fiendish chain :'( There are 3 hidden rules to this card:
1. Whenever you go second and want to make any play, your opponent will have exactly as much fiendish chains face down as you need monsters to start your plays. Any spell/trap-destruction you use will not hit the chains necessary to disrupt your plays. If you use any effect that destroys all spell/traps, all those fiendish chains will be magically swapped out with breakthrough skills. Your opponents plays will not be disrupted by having a fiendish chain regardless of how many they have.
2. No matter how many fiedish chains you have in your deck, you will never draw them when going first. You will watch your opponent do whatever they want and wish for a fiendish chain.
3. In case you absolutely need a necessary combo piece or when your opponent has monsters that are immune to fiendish chain and has their board set up completely, you will draw fiendish chain. No exception.
1. I don't quite know the purpose of that heart sigil being there when the card being used is "Brain Control".
2. I'm fairly certain those condoms were added in tandem with the artists laziness. (Not saying I don't get it, just that it's disappointing.)
3. While I'm not typically into bondage, I actually think it would work kind of well for this image if they used "Fiendish Chains" bound "Silent Magician" in a manner that accentuates her figure (especially her breasts).

Literally no one plays Chain anymore. The only deck that plays an equivilent is Phantom Knights, where there version is searchable
