Wouldn't Junkos ultimate despair be to live a normal life like becoming a house wife?
Her despair is knowing everything that will happen. She has Ultimate Analysis which means she can predict pretty much anything that anyone will do (perfect for masterminding). She choses despair because it's chaotic and the most she can push people from their predictable patterns. Izuru who suffered the same fate disagreed with her and their argument forms the plot of SDR2.
Given that she never sees hope in the face of despair coming I think that the hair transplant student may be on to something.
I'm sure someone could make her forgetful or something to help her condition.

I've not delved into DR and don't plan to, but this summery of what her issue is makes me think the entire thing could be simply solved by brainwashing her to ignore her analysis skills. She's no longer predicting shit, so she does not get bored and do crazy shit, and whole bunches of people are either not dead or not crazy.
Besides, despair is so sucky everyone knows the real answer is lewdification rather then despairification. MUCH more fun, as one pic Imasuky got shows.

it was actually attempted in a spin off called dangan ronpa Zero its canon material and what happens is that her childhood crush recognizing that she is going off the deep end does just that, however it can only get rid of memory not her comprehension capability, so while having the ability to predict whats going to happen will not instantly make her craving the randomness of despair, once she starts recognizing that everything that she predicts always comes to pass then she starts seeking out the despair, to counteract this her boyfriend begins to wipe her memory every night so that she can't remember how bored she gets from her ability to predict peoples actions, all the vital information she needs for day to day function is written down in a book that she reads every morning after loosing her memory and the book tells her she has a brain disease that gives her amnesia every time she experiences REM sleep unfortunately she remembers everything and her old personality comes back at the end and she kills her boyfriend
