From a cartoon called 'Yvon of the Yukon' (see source). In this episode Yvon brings in a special cheese to win a contest, but the cheese has a mind-altering aroma that turns the entire town into hippies! Including this lovely police officer, Luba Malloy.

Have to admit, this one is obscure even for me. If it wasn't for spending a large chunk of the day combing Wikipedia for hypnosis in cartoon moments, I'd have never thought to find it :P

This show aired on a Saturday morning block here in the UK when I was a kid, but I don't remember liking it that much. It was one of the shows I just watched to pass the time until the good stuff came on.

Funny thing, I wonder if you'll ever find a certain hypno scene that has evaded me for almost a decade. There was some old cartoon that actually had a genuine snake with hypnosis powers, who wrapped around and hypnotized some hippie-looking girl. All I really remember from it was the girl saying "Yes... I go." With some broken English despite the snake speaking it fluently. She wasn't exactly the most attractive gal either, but it was still good enough hypno. I only remember it because some old hypno-compiler on YouTube had it around the very beginning of YouTube taking off.

If you ever found it, I'd give you serious Brownie points.
