From a cartoon called Wild Kratts, about two brothers with animal powers and their crew who look out for endangered species. This character, Koki, has been mind controlled into loving the bad guy's dress. I'm not really sure how - it's tech control but they don't really show how it happens. But here we are.

Oh no, I get that part. I'm just not sure what the machine is that puts people under its control. I kinda skipped that part :P
