Not bad, but there's one error: the girl is the speaker on the right-hand side as well as the left. An easy mistake to make since Japanese often leaves the subject implied. Just change the second line to, "There's no way I would fall for..." and you're good to go.
Also, nitpick: "Chinpo" isn't so much childish as vulgar. In this case, I would translate it as "dick" to show that it's slang rather than proper medical terminology.
