well, I suppose it's for the qcc to judge - while I admit it's not amazing, I do think "extremely poor" is a bit of hyperbole

Well I'll give them an A for trying, (as much as I don't wanna sound like an asshole) but my professional side of me says that eye manipping is really lackluster honestly and the mouth and pubic hair look kinda lazily done :/

There are some jaggies around the eyes but that's all I can see. I mean, art is subjective but while that is a quality issue, it certainly doesn't seem like an "extreme" example of poor quality.
