Quick background: Will Sharpe, the dude with the brown hair, wrote a paper for school detailing what was basically a mind-control magical method. He was sentenced to death after his paper was "lost," the judge's reasoning being that he let loose a dangerous theory into the world. Vincent Knott and Eliza Swift (the other guy and the girl) believe he's innocent and his paper was stolen (likely by his lecturer, Dr. Flack), so they broke him out of jail and went to the university to find it.

Unfortunately, whoever stole the paper thought ahead and already used the method on some people. The porter here and the cook in the next couple of pages have been magic'd to bring out rage when they see/recognize Sharpe.

And I thought this series was going to end after they beat the seven deadly sins... Glad to hear it is still going.

Also, for additional background: The magic system in Widdershins revolves around summoning spirits representing various emotions and thoughts, such as Hunger, Sorrow, Impatience, Courage, etc. Naturally, this includes the Seven Deadly Sins, which are very powerful as well.

At the point I'd been caught up, there had been several arcs revolving around the sins.

Hmm... Never really though about it, but this series seems perfect for the hub :)
