"Cult of Medusa" Now is that in the Greek sense of a Cult or the modern sense? Cuz in the Greek sense a Cult simply referred to whichever God you worshiped above the others. Like a Cult of Apollo would worship Apollo as their patron diety before giving tribute to the rest of the pantheon.

Interesting! Didn't know that! It sounds like either works here. But I meant the modern usage when I wrote it, as in a group of fringe fanatics who actually worship the evil Medusa.

This whole pool is amazing. Good stuff, but I would try and double check just a couple things like "the town of the cult of Medusa." Nothing wrong with those names per se, just a little bit of awkward phrasing. Perhaps a name like Mudas or something like that. Might help with immersion.
