It's just baaaarely large enough for me to read, so lemme give it a shot:

"If this card is special summoned, you can take command (of) one of the opponent's monsters while this card is on the field.

This monster is also your slave. If this card (is) special summoned outside of battle, you can order your slave to dominate and command anyone"

Seems to have some missing grammar, but from what I can tell, that's what it says.

I've been on this awesome site for a few months now or more but man I still don't entirely get it. If there's more frames then shitty quality I get that, but if the images are small like this it's wait her the same because they're too small or weirdly in this case which I don't understand, it's in great quality

When something is this big it's shrunk down to fit, just view larger or double click it and it'll expand
