This episode was hard to gif because the mind control isn't as explicit as it has been in every other episode that featured it. For this episode, there's generally no visual indicator of "this person's mind is being manipulated", but this one was close enough.

But this episode gives us the Idol of Vershaftsbezeigungengien, which gives characters hallucinations of things that make them happy, and was basically a giant 22-minute metaphor for drug addiction or something. The idol is addictive and everyone started fighting over it.

There's a LOT you could do with "idol makes people hallucinate their fantasies", just saying.

Anyway, this show is full of MC and you lot have been SLACKING OFF in noticing and taking advantage of it. Do I just have to be "the dude that posts Tangled?" Is that the burden I have to bear?

Also I'm pretty sure SOMEONE on the writing staff lurks here. Show yourself.

A LOT, apparently! There are a couple episodes I haven't gif'd that feature it. I skipped over the Personality Swap one because there was nothing I could capture, and... actually let me try to make a list.

S1E18 - Painter's Block (the one where the evil old lady puts her under mind control)

S1E19 - Not in the Mood (Personality alteration, nothing really to capture, so I didn't gif it)

S2E06 - Freebird (Rapunzel and Cassandra are changed into birds, and there's the threat of them losing their intelligence, but I don't know if that counts?)

S2E15-16 - Rapunzel and the Great Tree (MC, Hypnotic Drug/pollen AND attempted Vore. I posted gifs of this one from where Rapunzel recites an incantation and loses control, becoming consumed by it. There's also some bits I missed that I need to post later, with Lance, Max and Eugene being hit with MC pollen that makes them loopy and gives them a wild musical number, while a carnivorous plant tries to eat them.) www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSS7z_WVMuc

S2E18 - Rapunzel Day One (Amnesia episode, Cassandra accidentally erases Rapunzel's memory to before the movie, and she thinks she's supposed to be in the tower again)

S2E21 - Rapunzeltopia (Rapunzel is put under a sleep spell and trapped in a dream where everything is perfect, and she needs to fight her way out of it)

so you see when I mean when I say I'm pretty sure someone on the writing staff lurks here.
