Yes mickey... Rey is not a plank of wood... she's greater than every other fictional character ever... except mickey mouse of course...

I mean, if anything I think my biggest complaint is that the new movies have introduced TOO many new things, sepcifically planets and alien species, so it scarcely feels like the same universe since none of the existing locations or aliens appear or are even mentioned.

Don't forget that disney is trying to forget the prequels and pretend they never existed

No, shut up. No one's allowed to like anything about the new SW films. You can only say bad things about them. They're completely awful and worse than the prequels.

It's the fans of the new movies that are brainwashed, not me. Honest.

How are they trying to ignore the prequels? There really weren't many opportunities to bring them up in the sequel trilogy considering they're over half a century later. The existence of Rex and Maul in Rebels should be enough evidence they aren't ignoring the prequels.

They cancelled the Clone Wars didn't they? (I know they're bringing it back but thats because Disney is now listening to the fans). They also cancelled Imperial Commando, 1313 and Battlefront 3 (Hey look Disney also can't count to three)

I just have the following to say:

I really liked the reveal that Rey has no significant past and isn't an heir to some kind of heroic legacy actually makes her fairly unique among fictional characters.

Ren taking out Snoke was actually a nice nod towards the greater Star Wars universe, especially how the Sith's Rule of One is suppose to work (not that the original or prequels gave it that much thought). I also think that Ren will make a more interesting villain then Snoke ever could have been.

I still wonder how Leia will be written out of the next movie. Will it start with her funeral? Or will it just be a off screen event that only gets mentioned in passing. Also, will Luke show up as a force ghost?
