Reupload. I just noticed that this pic was deleted. Someone decided that my previous version was "low quality manip". I would disagree with that specially since it took me quite some time to make... but eh. Not much I can do in the end. I changed the eye effect this time. Hopefully people will find it acceptable now

I just posted a "flagging complaint" on another pic that was similarly flagged (link here: hypnohub.net/post/show/79...e_only-femsub-glowing-glo )

Who ever is doing this, admin or not, is coming off as an asshole.

It just happened out of the blue. My manips have been flagged, with some deleted, for the same reason.
