I assume it has something to do with the costume switch, as well as the source having the "corrupted" tag.

This particular costume is what she looks like while possessed by the True Antagonist and forced into being a main villain.

That said, I think the MC could and should be clearer. Maybe remove the "shine" from the eyes, or make it look like they're glowing subtly. Just for the people who don't know the source material.

I guess it’s difficult to figure out without context but Zethia’s eyes are normally blue. The Red is due to demonic possession.
