Every month on my Patreon there's a poll where Patrons can suggest and vote on things they'd like me to make. This month, the winner was "A woman tries to pull a prank on someone else, but is quickly hypnotized to execute the prank on herself," and after some discussion and brainstorming, this is the result. If I'm being honest, this is one of my favorite pieces I've done for Patreon.

Looks to me like just a regular ol' croptop that's simply a size too small for her size.
