I can accept that the subject is meant to be completely androgynous but the person performing the lobotomy seems pretty clearly female in which case this would need the femdom tag. I'm not gonna add it cause I'm not sure if you meant one or both of the characters to be androgynous but I think the tag is fairly justified.

Well, I'm assuming they meant for the subject to be androgynous since I legitimately can't tell their gender while the dom has pretty pronounced breasts. The reason why I didn't tag it already is because I'm not sure of that and it's possible they wished for both to remain androgynous.

Well, I'm assuming they meant for the subject to be androgynous since I legitimately can't tell their gender while the dom has pretty pronounced breasts. The reason why I didn't tag it already is because I'm not sure of that and it's possible they wished for both to remain androgynous.
