It's good but I wonder why her blush is brown? For that matter, being a robot means she shouldn't have one in the first place right?
The blush shows up as more of a mild pink tint on my screen, so I don't know what to tell you there. As far as being a robot though, 18 is a cyborg; after the Cell Saga she and Krillin even have a daughter. The original term in Japanese however is roughly equivalent to "artificial human," and thus a lot of dubs translate it as "android" instead of "cyborg."
If you want the breakdown, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 19 are proper androids; 17 and 18 are cyborgs; Cell is basically a mutant replicant (i.e. constructed using biotechnology, think Blade Runner); 20 is either a brain put in a robotic body or just has a neural *imprint* of the original scientist; and 21 I'm not sure, I think she's a mutant replicant like Cell, but since she's got bits of Buu in her she's also magic or something.

Well isn't that a novel. Thanks for the summary
