Not 100% sure this is hypnosis because Panchy technically did a wish from Shenron and I debated on whether or not I should upload it on here. So if any of you can say that this is hypnosis or not, that would help me a lot.

She's pretty much only in manga, but she's been there since Dragonball, I believe. Small note, she's Bulma's older sister. I believe her recent appearances have mostly revolved around the Galactic patrol.

I never read Jaco but there was one scene in Super where Bulma calls Tights and apparently they both met Jaco as kids and flew his ship lol
