Personally I believe the Loli tag only applies if the girl has the whole proportions of being a little girl. Here she has large (For Blanc at least) breasts, and more importantly she has fairly noticable hips.

Personally, I think its due to Blanc always 'appearing' younger to her fellows, though each with exception of Verde appearing young in their casual forms. Blanc is the only one out the lot that is small no matter what. Add a bit of paranoia out of the powers that be, and the world forgetting the difference between reality and fiction than anything slight they might start squawking at anything that might get them into trouble. Not that I can personally blame them, nor do I say you are at fault. I thank you for your work. (and enjoy it)

Look i'm sorry that it seems that way it but we gotta careful when it comes to this subject matter. This isn't about just manips this is about characters that look underage. sometimes differing designs make a character look different so we have to look at it base on that.
