Is there any mind control here, or are we just assuming it because of the characters involved?

Asking down here in the comments because people tend to get disproportionately moody when unclear hypno stuff gets flagged for review.

Hmm that is difficult to say if there is anything in this. I really can't see anything hypno related. I can't see even if I zoom into it to see of there maybe rings on their eyes or something. The pic is small to see anything, but the artist did post a keyword "hypnotized" on their hentai-foundry post. Also in the description the artist wrote,

"Miia use her tail to restrain and hypnotizing Kuroko to enjoy her tender body".

Unless there is a higher resolution of this picture somewhere out there to get a clearer look, the only thing I think we can go for is what the artist wrote on their post.

Usually, so long as the artist intention was for it to be hypnosis and it isn't too much of a stretch, it should be fine.

Checked the source. The artist's description mentions hypnosis.
