Edited the character tags; this being a regular Saber and genederbent Shirou are apparent in the title of the source, so I'm not sure where it being Jeanne Alter and Saber Alter came from

I uploaded it as Shirou and Saber, I'm not sure why the tags were changed either XD

Likely because the female Shirou does at first sight resemble Jalter and Jalter being drawn with Salter is quite common. Ergo, someone likely mistook the identities of the characters and sought to correct you in the belief that you mis-tagged them.

I think the Salter came from Saber's missing Adhoge.
