It's more Rosalina nearly succeeded in making the Doll Princess see the error of her ways and begin undoing the damage she caused. Peach and Daisy acted on their own initiative to stop Rosalina.

That all said, the Doll Princess is now doubting herself and whether her actions are truly justified like she believes.
