I just assumed what happened to her in the dream world din't affect her in the real world. So while she would appear pregnant in his dreams she wasn't actually pregnant.

Only reservation I have with doing that is that I'm not quite as practiced with doing humans entirely as much as anthro characters, so it would probably be a maybe for that, though I wouldn't mind giving it a shot.
