[spoiler]Vikki Fries huffed annoyed as she looked around. She had been talking to some... purple haired weirdo who had been asking her weird questions. Something about, "why this" or "what's the suit for?" like it wasn't obvious her totes cute tube top jacket wasn't just to make her look hot... She fluffed her long, thick blue hair and adjusted her fuzzy hat, she wasn't about to let some weird chick make her late for the Rave down at the Gotham docks. She strutted in her slinky outfit, her icy blue skin seemed to glow as she walked briskly down the sidewalk, sending a chilling glance to any hotties who crossed her path, or an icy glare to their jealous girlfriends. Vikki had always been accused of being an ice queen, even before the lab accident that left her constantly icy cold. However, that never bothered her, the cold only encouraged her to seek out hotties to play with and to always bring the heat when she goes out dancing... or takes her moves to the bedroom.[spoiler/]
