It's not that great. They need to let you see what's above you and below you especially in so many vertical sections. Getting captured is annoying if there's other of the same things like the worms around too because it just becomes an endless loop, you should be invulnerable to other stuff once you get caught. Combat is... wonky, a projectile would be nice and maybe swing in a full arc.
Besides that though the art is superb, the animations when being caught are hot hot HOT, and the sound design is good. Hopefully the gameplay will be fixed when it's done, I have faith.
I just wish that the platforming physics was better. I've softlocked the game at least once by falling thru the floor. And it's easy to find surfaces you get stuck "gliding" on. And the camera is quite wonky in places, especially when falling into the boss arena.

Like a lot of other hentai game demos it's really rough around the edges. With a lot of work though, I bet it could be right up there with Bloodporne.
